About the Role:

The Manager of Professional Services is a leader with experience building and growing a Professional Services practice in a high growth SaaS organization. This is an exciting role for a team player who is looking to shape how KeepTruckin delivers technical engagements for our customers. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to support the Professional Services department by ensuring that KeepTruckin’s technical customer solutions offerings are delivered through fast, efficient, and thoughtful processes. They will guide a team of Solutions Engineers to ensure they are supported through the API, feature and integration initiatives being driven with KeepTruckin’ customers. A strong technical background and an excellent ability to partner with customers, external business partners and colleagues in Sales, Engineering and Customer Success alike is a must.

What You'll Do: Build, scale and lead our Solutions Engineers. Ensure that the team is cross-trained in different project types Be the escalation point for project issues both internally and externally with business partners and customers while seeking to always drive customer alignment and accountability Ensure adherence to best practice implementation processes while continuously working to improve project management operations.  Responsible for maintaining the Best Practices and Project Collateral. Manages day-to-day task priority based on project priorities set by Portfolio Manager in conjunction with our team KPIs Support Professional Services Director for developing/realizing new initiatives through: rapid prototyping, coordinating enablement, and establishing operational SOPs Monitors the impact and value of performance improvement programs, and identifies continuous improvement opportunities What We're Looking For: Prior experience managing Agile teams. Certified SCRUM master is preferred. 5+ years of client-facing software implementation and/or consulting experience, with demonstrated success managing enterprise scale SaaS projects Engineering background strongly preferred, candidate should have a working knowledge of software development lifecycles, integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), enterprise APIs, and/or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience recruiting and leading a high-functioning team. Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others Ability to confidently interface and build trust with cross functional stakeholders, including Account Executives, Account Managers and Customer Success Managers. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to make trade-off decisions Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and in situations requiring instructing, persuading, negotiating, conflict resolution, consulting and advising, as well as flawless written communication
