Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Well-being and Director of The Wellness Center, and in collaboration with the Office Manager, this PSS4 will oversee programming operations for the work that the Wellness Center is doing under our Institute of Meaningful Living grant funding. This includes, but is not limited to, grant budgets and reporting, assisting with services and scheduling with designated staff; purchasing of goods and services; assisting with the review and submission of insurance billing and coding; as well as coordinating professional staff credentialing in accordance with state and federal regulations.
In addition to working closely with the other departments within the Wellness Center, this support staff will work with strategic partners to support clinical training operations. The successful candidate must maintain confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of client interactions and records.

Functional Areas of Responsibility:
Work in collaboration with the AVP and Director of The Wellness Center to ensure the development, support, and administration of the complex operations which support the overall functioning of the Institute for Meaningful Living grant. Assist staffing by ensuring contracting, on-boarding, logistics and training are handled in a timely fashion. Ongoing budgetary activities for grant operations, including ordering office supplies; printing services; psychological testing supplies; computer equipment; building beautification, etc. Responsible for student workers' hiring, promoting, demoting and discipline procedures. Screening incoming phone calls with excellent customer service. Thorough knowledge and training of Banner's Self Service and Internet Native programs which involves ongoing troubleshooting and accurate usage with student information such as classes, funds, account holds, etc. Ongoing scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling of mental health appointments via the electronic medical record system, Medicat. Provide reports for all needs of the Institute, including but not limited to, budgetary, productivity, attendance, training, etc. Ongoing scheduling of professional trainings to disseminate evidence based practices which support the goals of the grant. Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in an outpatient medical setting, with knowledge of medical billing, credentialing and accounts receivable.

Experience with electronic health records and computer skills are also important. As required by the State of New Jersey, must complete a criminal history check and have proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
