Prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms. **Bombardier’s Benefits Program** With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following: + Insurance plans + _Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more_ + Competitive base salary + Retirement savings plan + Employee Assistance Program + Tele Health Program **What are your contributions to the team?** • Work with suppliers on projects related to completion meubles. • Chair Engineering Control Change Board (ECCB) for RFC/RFQ/P&OIAS and PCR technical approval. • Define technical requirements and lead supplier technical strategies for new meubles. • Lead with different internal parties (Operations, Projects, Programs, Procurement, Technical, etc.) as well as suppliers for problem solving on daily basis. • Negotiate interfaces with other systems/structures and formalize the agreement on Interface Control Drawings (ICD). • Lead technical meetings with suppliers and be responsible for the delivery of quality engineering documentation that meets Bombardier Standards. • Chair design reviews and master regulatory and industry requirements. • Ensure system components meet technical and certification requirements. • Act as a technical reference and transfer knowledge through coaching/mentoring within your larger team. **How to thrive in this role?** • You have a college or University mechanical or aerospace engineering degree or equivalent with more than Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. • You have detailed technical Challengers and Globals business aircraft interiors experience; you possess knowledge of multiple Interior Meubles. • You have solid experience working with Enovia/Catia and Teamcenter/NX (GSD, Assy, Part Body, Drafting, etc.); • You are an expert in product structure and aircraft certification. • You are a problem-solving expert for complex engineering issues. • You are well organized and are project oriented. • You must be a self-motivated person, a team player able to work under pressure and under a minimum of supervision. • You have good communication skills including good English writing skills, and good English and French verbal skills. • You also demonstrate an excellent track record of meeting your commitments with success. \#LI-hybrid Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
