Residential Addiction Services Unit

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities include:

Utilize the nursing process to provide holistic, patient-centered care. Formulate daily care plans, collaborating with patients as partners. Identify and address clinical, social, psychological, and spiritual needs. Communicate effectively with care providers to ensure continuity of care. Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation. Promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction by aligning with best practices. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and support evidence-based practices. Foster productive, culturally sensitive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. Provide patient and family education, ensuring smooth transitions between care levels. Support the development of new staff and students, serving as a mentor or preceptor. Participate in shared governance and contribute to improvements in care and the work environment. Demonstrate adaptability, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth.
