Are you a dedicated nurse looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? UPMC Mercy Hospital is seeking a night shift Professional Staff Nurse to join our IV Team on a full-time basis. This role offers a unique chance to work with autonomy and support the entire hospital.
Position Details: Schedule: 3, 12-hour night shifts per week (6:30pm start time), rotating weekends Night Shift Bonus: Additional $2.00 per hour for all night shifts Department: IV Team, specializing in vascular access insertion and care Key Responsibilities: Insert peripheral lines, midlines, and PICC lines Provide educational support to nursing units and patients Explain procedures, answer questions, and offer pre- and post-procedure guidance Qualifications: Experience in ultrasound-guided vascular access, midline, and PICC placement preferred Alternatively, at least 1 year of experience in Critical Care, Emergency, or Interventional Radiology nursing Why UPMC Mercy?At UPMC Mercy, we are committed to investing in our nurses from day one. Responsibilities:
