This full-time position will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a possibility of hybrid/remote hours during the week. No holidays, evenings or weekends are required. Two years of prior clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities and contributing to enhanced patient care. Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to address patient care needs and solve problems effectively. Educate patients, families, and colleagues, applying adult learning principles to support understanding and development. Develop and implement individualized care plans, considering patients’ holistic needs and coordinating with physicians.
