Responsibilities:

Actively engages in department and practice-specific quality improvement initiatives, identifying and addressing areas for enhancement with colleagues and management. Takes personal responsibility for elevating patient satisfaction through the quality of care and service, incorporating research and evidence-based practices to drive clinical improvements. Establishes and maintains positive, caring relationships with executives, physicians, support staff, and patients, navigating a complex environment with adeptness. Applies knowledge of adult learning principles to educate patients, families, students, and new staff, guiding them effectively through their care journey and fostering continuous development. Formulates holistic care plans in partnership with patients, coordinating with physicians to address clinical, social, and psychological needs, while ensuring comprehensive and clear patient documentation.
