Responsibilities:

Build strong, productive relationships with patients, families, and team members. Maintain a balance between work and personal life, modeling safe work hours and healthy habits. Teach and guide patients, families, and new staff, using adult learning principles. Serve as a preceptor, supporting the development of students and new staff. Apply Relationship-Based Care principles to create a healing environment with holistic patient care plans. Communicate patient conditions effectively to care providers and recommend care adjustments. Ensure comprehensive, clear documentation for effective caregiver communication. Engage in continuous professional development and unit-based shared governance. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, using research and evidence-based practices.
