Why 11E?Our specialized 39-bed Acute Care Unit is at the forefront of trauma, orthopedic, and burn care. We partner with our state-of-the-art Mercy Trauma & Burn ICU to provide exceptional recovery support. Our plastic surgery team collaborates with burn and ortho specialists to offer advanced tissue reconstruction, bringing hope and healing to our patients.
What We Offer: Full-Time Position: Work 3 x 12-hour shifts each week, with shifts starting at 7am and 7pm. Night Shift Differential: Earn an extra $2.00 per hour for overnight shifts. Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 for new nurses and $20,000 for those with at least 1 year of experience! UPMC’s Monthly Loan Repayment program for nursing graduates, offering $20,000*in loan repayment paid over three years (*Eligible flex full-time RN roles to receive prorated amount). No work commitment needed- this extra money in your paycheck starts after 6 months of employment and continues until you’ve received $20,000! Title and salary will be determined based upon education and nursing experience. Salary range shown is for Professional Staff Nurse which is our entry-level nurse title requiring 0-2 years of experience.
