The Chicago Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Supervisor. We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness, scheduling, payroll and training.  

The successful candidate will need previous experience in developing a high performing team, strong customer service skills and great communication. 

Position Requirements: 

High School Diploma   Intermediate Computer Skills  1 year Security Management Experience is preferred Planning, organizing and leadership skills  Ability to take initiative, achieve results and meet deadlines  Calm, polite, and professional behavior  Reliable and self-motivated  Strong customer service skills  Valid Driver's License

Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
