Handle disciplinary actions as needed and follow all company policies and procedures in providing adequate documentation of actions. Operational Management Manage inventory to align with customer needs and ensure accurate inventory control with record keeping. Organize and maintain the warehouse and store layout for maximum efficiency and safe operations. Be knowledgeable and current about markets served, customers, vendors and competitors. Ensure efficient personnel operations by maintaining adequate staffing to meet company and customer needs in the most efficient and economical manner. Ensure proper training for all staff in store operations, customer service and safety. Market Leadership Meet or exceed total sales, gross margin, net income and asset management targets The goal is for the Branch to be the market leader in their chosen segment of business. Develop a plan on how you are going to continue to become and maintain the market leader position. Become a sales development driver in the business.
