As Program Administrative Support, you will use your knowledge of and experience with planning, and coordinating office functions to optimize business results and customer experience by:


• Collecting data and using reference materials to convey information to staff regarding expectations, preferences, and priorities.
• Interpreting and adapting administrative directives, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistent application.
• Reviewing reports, correspondence, and meeting materials for conformance with office practices and supervisor's direction.
• Communicating clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication with internal and external parties.
• Coordinating and resolving significant administrative problems and issues.
• Ensuring staff has the necessary access and information to remain operational and efficient in job responsibilities.
• Communicating necessary and general information to staff and required parties.
• Manage onboarding / offboarding process for new hires to include ANG/Govt. assets management and building access control.
• Scheduling security badging appointments and processing VARs for new hires
• Work with The Govt. /ANG/Subks Security Teams to help manage and process security clearances which include SCI nominations.
• Support Team with Govt. travel arrangement

   May be requested and required to participate in Proposal Support functions due to expertise

Essential Functions
• Perform daily data entry work
• Create and update written documentation utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain accurate business documentation, records, and reports.
• Respond to written and verbal inquiries.
• Prepare materials, reports, and deliverables for leadership.
• Prepare meeting notes and action items from leadership meetings.
• Support timely processing of personnel action forms and timesheets.
• Work closely with other departments to assist with administrative tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of issued equipment.
• Serve as liaison between staff and other functional departments.
• Schedule meetings and appointments as required.

None is required for this position.


Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.


Physical Demands
The preponderance of the work is performed in an office-type setting, with adequate lighting, heating/cooling, ventilation, and protection from the elements.
The contractor must be physically able, with reasonable and realistic accommodation where appropriate, and agreeable to conduct an on-site investigation of facilities, project sites and building systems in a variety of climates, site locations, and working conditions.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am. to 4 pm.

Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. citizen. Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance.

 

Compensation and Benefits:
