Program Administrator, Relay Account Support

The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Relay Account Support (RAS) team is in search of a dedicated Program Administrator to expand our team's scope and ensure top-notch customer service for our carrier partners. The primary goal is to oversee programs supporting our carrier services teams in resolving disputes and processing relay One-Time Payments. This role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders and senior leaders to streamline internal processes, enhance efficiency, and continually improve productivity in the payment disputes business.
Key job responsibilities
• Gather and assess weekly trailer-toll data to identify accuracy and claw-back opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to review and execute One-Time Payment initiatives.
• Drive business process enhancements and improvements.
• Monitor and progress cost-saving initiatives through internal audits for dispute case management.
• Coordinate and engage in meetings with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate required weekly reports for controllership purposes.
• Works independently with the appropriate stake holders for minimize and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Mentoring and coaching members of the payment disputes team.
• Update and generate Statements of Work (SOW) and input data into the STAR system for payment disputes.
• Resolve payment disputes during peak and prime business periods.
