The Skills for the Future Initiative is a joint endeavor of ETS and The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching to radically transform education from time-based to competency-based and to build an undergirding assessment system to capture evidence of what's most important for success in high school, postsecondary education, and jobs in the 21st-century economy. The joint initiative leverages ETS and Carnegies history of excellence in assessment and learning science and will drive a paradigm shift in education. The Program Associate will be an integral member of our team, responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs within the organization and supporting the managing director. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a passion for making a positive impact. + Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining program documentation. + Assist in coordinating program activities, events, and convenings, including logistics and participant communications. + Organize, and manage participation and follow/up engagement for various meetings/convenings + Support monitoring and evaluation efforts, including data collection, analysis, and reporting on program outcomes. + Oversee partner/stakeholder relationship database + Manage and efficiently track the progress of fundraising efforts in collaborative coordination with colleagues across departments. + Manage and maintain a library of correspondence, presentations, proposals, reports, and other content. + Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure program goals are met effectively. + Contribute to communication and outreach efforts, including drafting high-quality, compelling content for newsletters, social media, website, funders and partners + Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as required. + Assist in the development and execution of program plans, including setting objectives, timelines, and budgets. + Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support program initiatives and decision-making. \#LI- MM1 \#LI- REMOTE + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. + Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public administration, international development) preferred. + 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, communications, or related fields. **ETS believes in a Total Rewards philosophy for our employees, and they include:** + Health, Vision, Dental insurance plans to choose from + Generous continuous learning support, from individual learning grants to up to 6 classes a year for tuition reimbursement as well as on-line learning access! + Generous PTO and vacation time to balance your work and life + Additional 8 hours of PTO for volunteer work + Retirement plan (401(a)) and traditional Roth (403b) with company contribution + Commuter Benefits, Pet Insurance, 1 year subscription to Calm App **ETS is mission driven and action oriented** + Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging is at the forefront of the ETS employee's daily work.
