Job Title: Program Administrator

Job Description

As a Program Administrator, you will assist the Program Management Office (PMO) in the daily management of programs. This role requires a wide range of administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills. Your main responsibilities will include gathering, compiling, analyzing, and reporting on various data elements of the program. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling, financial data, material data, labor data, dashboard statistics, CDRLs tracking, and any other data required by the PMO. Moreover, you will be involved in program planning, which includes defining program objectives, developing and maintaining schedules, developing the program work breakdown structure, and defining and negotiating program budgets and spend plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for the generation of program work packages, defining task responsibilities via Work Authorization Documents, and developing Program schedules.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Columbia, Maryland.

Work Environment

The work environment is an Engineering/Office setup. We work a 9-80 schedule, meaning you get every other Friday off. Currently, the position requires onsite presence 5 days per week, but there is potential for a hybrid schedule in the future.
