Program Administrator

Spurwink is hiring a Program Administrator to work with our Children's Day Treatment Programs. This individual will provide administrative support to our clinical staff by assisting with coordination of referral and transfer student documents, program visits, and intake IEPs and placement IEP documents.\n

DUTIES:\n\nProvide direct daily classroom support throughout the milieu.\nProvide complete and thorough oversight of administrative functions, such as review of bi-weekly timesheets, review of financial documents, completion of schedules, assuring that subordinates complete required trainings, homes meet licensing standards, etc.\nAssist with staffing coordination (scheduling) and hiring\/interviewing of new staff.\nAssure the timely production and correspondence of educational documents and agency reports.\nParticipate in routinely-scheduled supervision\/administrative meetings with staff.\nAssist with coordinating referral and transfer student documents, program visits, and intake IEPs and placement IEP documents.\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS: \n

Bachelor's degree 2+ years relevant experience in a related field.\n
