Assist the Program Management Office (PMO) in the daily management of programs utilizing a wide range of administrative, communications, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
+ Gather, compile, analyze, and report on various data elements of the program including scheduling, financial data, material data, labor data, dashboard statistics, CDRLs tracking, and any other data required by the PMO.
+ Program planning to include defining program objectives, developing and maintaining schedules, developing the program work breakdown structure.
+ Define and negotiate program budgets and spend plans.
+ Generate program work packages and define task responsibilities via Work Authorization Documents.
+ Develop program schedules.

+ Experience with DoD programs
+ Knowledge of hardware and software
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ B.S. in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Business; or equivalent amount of education and work experience providing exposure to those areas required by the program.
+ Three years of program-related experience with an emphasis on project management.
+ Skills in scheduling, program planning, program organization, budgeting, analyzing and reporting financial and schedule information, and data management.
Work Environment
Engineering/office environment with a 9-80 schedule, meaning you are off every other Friday. Onsite work is required five days per week, but there is potential for a hybrid schedule in the future.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00
