At Zions Bancorporation we are currently looking for a Program Administrator to join our ETO Risk Management team. The Program Administrator will play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities of restitution to Bank customers. This candidate will use project management skills to ensure various teams stay on track to deliver data required to meet regulatory requirements and timelines for customer restitution.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to manage, coordinate, establish and lead multiple programs and projects for the department/division.
• Responsible for or assists with program development, communication, tracking and reporting for Enterprise Customer Restitution.
• Responsible for research and design of changes to current programs.
• Works with wide range of business partners to help implement programs as needed.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting the performance of programs.
• Analyze programs and program results to determine effectiveness.
• Synthesizes data and provides reports to management and stakeholders on improvement strategies.
• Create reports and present data to validate and support programs.
• Works on various projects as needed.
• Manage and/or execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, nimble environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Requires a bachelor degree in business, technology, administration or other related field and 2+ years experience with coordinating, implementing and tracking projects, programs and initiatives or other directly related experience.
• A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
• Some project management experience is required.
• Working knowledge of program and project management, creation, coordination and implementation programs.
• Ability to promote programs.
• A solid understanding of and ability to present return on programs.
• Experience in research, analysis, organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate across a variety of audiences.
• Ability to accurately document and maintain pertinent information.
• Proficient in various Microsoft applications.
• Experience providing resolutions to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope.
Location:
This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus will be the company’s primary technology and operations center.
