Job Summary
The Programs Administrator supports the Cirrus Store retail team by overseeing the creation and execution of special programs while maintaining the ability to perform all aspects of the retail customer experience. This position will be responsible for maximizing the value of the Cirrus Store for each target customer demographic using special programs including events, marketing support, web and ecommerce support, authorized network programs, retail support, and internal requests. This role will work with existing vendors and source new vendor opportunities to build deep relationships increasing revenue and enhancing the customer experience. This individual will work directly with satellite locations to maximize sales, manage inventory, and build employee relationships. This position will coordinate with leadership to manage retail processes and merchandise mix while utilizing customer feedback to introduce new offerings that will reduce unnecessary costs, support continual revenue growth, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Creates and maintains special enhancement and purchase programs for the Cirrus Store. Facilitates the use of programs to increase revenue, enhance customer experiences, and deepen customer relationships. Collects and analyzes customer feedback to propose new products or programs that will grow revenue and increases customer satisfaction. Assists the Cirrus Store team at various events throughout the year, including customer sales support, merchandise planning, set-up, and/or tear-down, as needed. Assists in the merchandise marketing process, including facilitating product photo shoots, managing product media, and coordinating with the Web/Data Administrator for product updates as needed. Facilitates and fulfills intercompany programs and requests from multiple departments, executives, and regional sales directors. Coordinates with other departments, as necessary, in support of the Cirrus Store’s mission and goals. Travels to satellite locations and determines merchandise mix, performs physical inventory counts and/or transfers, and bolsters employee relationships. Creates, reviews, and implements standard operating procedures in coordination with leadership to reduce cost, improve processes, and increase revenue. Maintains the ability to perform the duties of the Fulfillment Specialist and/or Retail Specialist roles, as necessary. Provides support to all aspects of the Cirrus Store team as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or Business or 4 years relevant retail or business management experience Experience developing and supporting customer enhancement programs Experience with business models that enrich relationships and build opportunities for additional enhancements and revenue Expertise with managing customer relations and brand development Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite required, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Experience with product and/or digital marketing preferred, but not necessary Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of financial and retail processes Capable of working both as part of a team and individually Adaptable to rapidly shifting priorities as needed Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time Strong organizational skills and capacity to multitask Overnight travel and weekend work will be required Good driving record and use of own car, with mileage reimbursement, is necessary Knowledge of general aviation is a plusCompetencies
