We are currently seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-261 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will be a member of the Mods/Retrofits/RESET IPT and shall provide acquisition and management support. The Mission of PMA-261 is to develop, deliver, and sustain effective, suitable, affordable, and timely H-53 heavy lift capability and readiness for the warfighter throughout the program lifecycle. Works with the team to forecast, develop and execute comprehensive acquisition plans for modification of CH/MH-53E and CH-53K aircraft as well as managing acquisition and life cycle related activities. Tracks/manages funding documents (CSPT), Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs), contracts, delivery schedules, status trackers, etc. Primary POC for coordination with PMA-261’s BFM Team.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall program and Mods/Retrofits/RESET Integrated Product Teams (IPT). Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Assist in the development, submission, and facilitate routing for approval on Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Strategies. Collect, interpret, track, and organize information and documentation relating to product requirements. Track and manage overall time sensitive IPT requirements, and ensuring inputs are collected and submitted ahead of deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. Coordinate with staff personnel to meet and exceed operational requirements and tasking utilizing presentation materials that include multiple Microsoft Office products. Strategic Communications Expertise with Acquisition Document support (SOWs, CDRLs, and Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs)) Experience handling sensitive information Research instructions, directives, lessons learned, etc. Strategic Planning Whiteboard sessions (strategies, plans) Execute planning session ideasDesired Skills and Knowledge:
A self-starter who can assist with entry, maintenance, and tracking of budget, financial, and acquisition reports from the NAVAIR Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Procurement Management Tool (PMT), including Visualizations. Proficiency with the AMS Suite of Tools. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Skilled in Data Management and file structure development/maintenance. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience: Journeyman – At least 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.
Required Education: Journeyman – BA/BS degree.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,054-$110,542.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
