Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Program Analyst - Operations to support an awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) within the DoD Intelligence Community (IC) and conduct complex administrative actions.


HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST - OPERATIONS WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Provides expert support, analysis, research and recommendations into complex problems and processes relating to ongoing DoD Intelligence programs and identified pursuitsRoutinely interfaces amongst the DoD National Level Intelligence Community, Combatant Command Intelligence Directorates and / or service componentsPartners with talent acquisition, technical SMEs and Programs to develop short and long range talent attraction strategies; assesses future demand for resources based on staffing needs of existing projects, probable pipeline opportunitiesRecommends staffing approach for delivery of existing projects as well as new business opportunities using strategic workforce planningParticipates in enterprise business processes (coordination with internal support staff, development of assessments and strategy, pre-proposal and proposal activities)Collaborates and works closely with internal program staff functionals to include Contracts, Subcontracts, Security, Human Resources, International HR, and FinanceExecutes stakeholder communication plan both internal and external to the organizationGenerates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, capturing best practices, developing standard operating proceduresEngages with corporate marketing and growth initiativesSupports special projects as needed


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: All Source Intelligence Analyst or specific intelligence skill (i.e. SIGINT, Collections); proficient in microsoft applications
● Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI
● Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to successfully communicate across a diverse range of stakeholders; Understanding of the DoD operational and national level IC
● Preferred Skills: Experience working within the Intelligence Process, Operational Management, Training in an intelligence capacity; proficient in sharepoint
● Location: Remote
