HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST - OPERATIONS WILL MAKE AN IMPACT + Provides expert support, analysis, research and recommendations into complex problems and processes relating to ongoing DoD Intelligence programs and identified pursuits + Routinely interfaces amongst the DoD National Level Intelligence Community, Combatant Command Intelligence Directorates and / or service components + Partners with talent acquisition, technical SMEs and Programs to develop short and long range talent attraction strategies; assesses future demand for resources based on staffing needs of existing projects, probable pipeline opportunities + Recommends staffing approach for delivery of existing projects as well as new business opportunities using strategic workforce planning + Participates in enterprise business processes (coordination with internal support staff, development of assessments and strategy, pre-proposal and proposal activities) + Collaborates and works closely with internal program staff functionals to include Contracts, Subcontracts, Security, Human Resources, International HR, and Finance + Executes stakeholder communication plan both internal and external to the organization + Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, capturing best practices, developing standard operating procedures + Engages with corporate marketing and growth initiatives + Supports special projects as needed WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: ● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science ● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience ● Required Technical Skills: All Source Intelligence Analyst or specific intelligence skill (i.e. SIGINT, Collections); proficient in microsoft applications ● Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI ● Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to successfully communicate across a diverse range of stakeholders; Understanding of the DoD operational and national level IC ● Preferred Skills: Experience working within the Intelligence Process, Operational Management, Training in an intelligence capacity; proficient in sharepoint ● Location: Remote ●US Citizenship Required GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: ● Full-flex work week to own your priorities at work and at home ● 401K with company match ● Comprehensive health and wellness packages ● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career ● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications ● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from ● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays The likely salary range for this position is $107,844 - $145,906. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
