Coordinate with Design Engineers, Project Managers, Estimators, and other customers to validate work requirements, prioritize projects, and communicate estimated project costs. Utilize a structured, risk-based, prioritization process for assessing project requirements for assigned Facilities, Systems, Equipment, Utilities (FSEU). Identify opportunities for improvements to project operations as needed. **Job Duties and Essential Responsibilities** Assist management with the planning, organizing, and coordination of project activities related to metrics, scheduling, and resource management. Interface with internal and external principal program participants and functional teams for planning and prioritization of overall activities and resolution of issues to support customer goals. Maintain monthly metrics and reports based on companies’ deliverables to Customer. Produce daily reports to Engineering staff to facilitate attainment of metric goals. Coordinate with Engineers to obtain cost/schedule input for Engineering resources related to projects. Enter Maximo task instructions for project efforts. Create, update and Close WONs in Maximo to support project management. Support the development of a Work Evaluation Board (WEB) meeting twice a week to present new IDIQ requirements that have been submitted into the Electronic Work Request System EWRS, to present decision packages, and coordinate with the Government on updating work status within EWRS. Support the coordination with System Engineers to provide proper justification for project priorities identified. Provide support to compile reports for WEB meetings to represent status of new work to be prioritized, as well as existing proposal efforts in work. **Preferred Qualifications, But Not Required:** + 0-2 years of relevant experience with Masters degree; 3+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree. + A demonstrable knowledge of Maximo, and Electronic Work Request System (EWRS) and their associated table structure is highly desirable and preferred. Strong business data analytics background also desired. + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access **Other Requirements:** + Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearances/badges as required by program and position + Must have the ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written in an effective manner. + Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license **Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:** This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards; occasional lifting to 20 pounds; constant sitting with use of computer terminal; constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents; constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication; constant mental alertness; must possess planning/organizing skills and must be able to work under deadlines. Field work will consist primarily of site walk downs in support of design projects and system trouble shooting Site hazard training and Personal Protective Equipment are provided. **Other Responsibilities:** + Safety - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
