Program Analyst (4553)

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a federal contracting leader is looking for a Program Analyst to support our client onsite in Arlington, VA

Responsibilities:

Review e-mail tasks and incoming daily statistical data from field offices regarding operations/initiatives. Conduct research and communicate with field offices for missing data or necessary corrections/updates using Power BI. Input/track statistical data by using Excel spreadsheet(s) and review for accuracy, Track incoming funding requests/approvals by using Excel spreadsheets, Provide timely, clear, and concise daily/weekly/monthly reports to agency management. Prepare and complete additional daily reporting as necessary, via MS Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint.  Review e-mail tasks and incoming daily statistical data from field offices regarding operations/initiatives, and communicate with field offices for missing data, and/or data corrections/updates, Attend meetings with agency management to discuss project objectives, progress, and/or challenges. Input/track statistical data by using Excel spreadsheet(s) and review for accuracy. Prepare and complete additional reporting as necessary, via MS Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint.

 

Requirements:

US Citizen Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to pass Agency background check Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service/support skills Strong analytical experience Excellent MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Ability to conduct thorough research to gather relevant information Ability to work independently and in a team setting in a fast paced constantly changing environment Ability to work well with all levels of management and co-workers Ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions Experience with Power BI is preferred.
