What You Will Do:

We are currently searching for a Program Analyst to provide support the Office of the Director, Office of Federal Advisory Committee Policy (OFACP). Duties include reviewing and analyzing various documents such as Federal Register notices, charters, nomination slates, and reports. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and provide advice and recommendations. Proficiency in understanding acts, regulations, and policies, along with computer skills for research and document preparation, are essential. Training will be provided on relevant activities and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Bethesda, MD.  

Write, edit, and prepare submission reports required to maintain accreditation of the Program.Collect and review committee data.Establish, maintain, and organize files and documents related to the program, including program plans, participant information, progress reports, and evaluation results.Utilize analytical skills to design innovative and efficient recruiting strategies tailored to organizational needs.Review and analyze Federal Register notices, charters nomination slates, letters and certificates of appreciation and formal waivers.  Review and analyze required reports such as the Annual Comprehensive Review Report and Annual Closed Session Minutes Report.Prepare reports in response to requests from ORF Divisions, NIH Institutes and Centers, other agencies, and Congress.Work with relevant stakeholders to implement the recommended improvements to the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Develop comprehensive training programs for recruiters and hiring managers, incorporating best practices and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and training, ensuring compliance, and minimizing legal risks.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 3 years of document analysis experience.Strong organizational and communication skills


What Would Be Nice To Have:

NIH or Federal experience beneficial.Proficient in MS Office, including SharePoint.
