Job Description:

Parsons is looking for amazingly talented Program Analysts at a variety of levels to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Planning and controlling administrative functions of assigned projectsReviewing, submitting, and tracking project deliverables/statusIdentifying project risks or timeline delaysCoordinating with corporate support functions to ensure successful project executionAssisting the Program Management Office (PMO) in capturing contract level metrics to include but not limited to: accomplishments, schedules, quality, deliverables, and stakeholder feedbackDeveloping in-depth knowledge of relevant policies and proceduresMobilizing company resources to support project teamsWorking with other managers, technical teams, and discipline leads to document plans for the various elements of each project; tracking whether or not the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plansTraveling is not anticipated at this time

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience OR 6+ years of relevant experienceExtreme attention to detailProficiency with the Microsoft Suite and Adobe PROAbility to brief project leadership on project status, milestones, and/or challengesStrong writing and communication skillsAbility to pivot across multiple projects and prioritize workload accordinglyActive Top Secret security clearance

Salary Range: 

$68,400.00 - $119,700.00
