Program Analyst (EDOS-2023-18359-F):

 

Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst. 

 

The program analyst will perform project management tasking for multiple projects including: maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule, a Technical Engineering Plan, a Cost and Spend plan, and statements of work; updating monthly program metrics to the Project Technical Excellence Measures (PTEM) program; creating quarterly and annual presentations that reflect project progress; and responding to data calls. The program analyst will also work alongside the Business Financial Manager and Principal Investigator to create, maintain, adjust, and expend labor and materials spend plans. Other project supportive duties include maintaining a consumables inventory, procuring necessary items and tracking their status, submitting procurement contract packages, assisting in report writing, and performing raw data records management.

 

The program analyst must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and must be able to maintain a Secret clearance.

 

This position is full-time in Dahlgren, VA. 

 

Responsibilities

The Program Analyst will coordinate Government inputs, generate and deliver program documentation as well as faciltate / attend meetings to take minutes and gather data.  Updating documentation real-time during the meetings as well. They will track meeting action items and maintain records reflecting both open and closed action items.

Critical thinker with attention to detail.Qualified experience in the drafting and review of all of project technical documentation, to include, the reviewing for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.Ability to coordinate document input/updates from multiple organizations. Example: Currently up to 12 individuals contributing to monthly report document. Ability to clearly communicate.MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint skills required.Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or greaterMust have working experience of MS Project. Two (2+) plus years of professional experience with a DOD program.
Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Word, Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contactsStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team 

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of timeMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.  US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
