Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the N3, Supply Chain Operations directorate of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND. Responsibilities You will use qualitative or quantitative techniques to measure program effectiveness or efficiency. You will direct others in the implementation of process improvements training. You will influence managers to implement recommendations for program effectiveness. You will prepare reports to recommend improvements to training standards or objectives. You will compile data from various automated systems to prepare reports. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing new developments in education and training to manage programs using creative and innovative methods; 2) Providing hands on training of automated training management systems (e.g., CeTARS, eNTRS, CANTRAC) that build, track and manage training plans; 3) Using training methods and techniques, training allocation procedures, contract administration and training management according to policies and procedures; and 4) Developing presentations of quota solutions to specific fleet readiness goals.
