PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Resource Management and Administration of PEO CM and UAV JNT. Responsibilities You will provide advice, policy guidance, and operational support to Program Office Managers and Staff in all areas of human resources management You will manage PEO implementation of the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You will Ensures Program Management Offices are adequately staffed in keeping with Integrated Program Teams (IPT)/Mission Aligned Organizational (MAO) model and guidance. You will forecast long range civilian and military manpower requirements and develops manpower strategies including hiring, development, and skills balancing to ensure future talent needs are available to support and enable program success. You will represent PEO on external boards, committees, working groups and study teams to provide PEO perspective and representation ensuring matters considered essential to PEO program and mission success is not compromised or adversely impacted. You will oversee the work of the staff to coordinate and direct their efforts in consonance with the immediate and future requirements of the PEO. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Forecasts long range manpower requirements and develops manpower strategies including hiring, development, and skills. 2) Manages the manpower management program and associated labor budget. 3) Monitors projections, and adjusts as necessary to achieve salary, work-year, and end-strength targets and controls. 4) Plan and conduct integrated analytical studies that identify methods to improve effectiveness and efficiency of work methods, procedures, organizations, manpower use, work distribution, delegation of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems and similar functions as they relate to the acquisition program.
