Job PurposeThe Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the program management and operations teams with achieving financial, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives across all phases of the program. This role will support both production and development programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Compile financial inputs at the program and business unit level.
• Prepare utilization and headcount data.
• Track CPI and SPI for cost plus programs.
• Support procurement and general program logistics as needed.
• Track purchase order fulfillment status.
• Create and maintain program financial forecasts and schedules.
• Generate monthly tasks lists to support manpower planning.
• Maintain risk and action item burn-down plans.
• Support note taking during milestone reviews.
• Share responsibility with the Program Management Team for gross margin, schedule compliance, on time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Support Business Development by providing program management inputs for bid proposal efforts.
• Some travel required, up to 5% of the time.
Required
• Undergraduate degree.
• 1+ years program analyst work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• This position performs work for the US Government and is controlled by export restrictions. Therefore, qualified candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, finance, or related technical field.
• 2+ years program analyst work experience.
• Space flight hardware experience.
• Familiarity with battery technologies.
• Familiarity with cost plus programs and earned value management.
• Good working knowledge of Visio, Project, and SmartSheet.
