Program Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Analyst to join our team to ensure contractual deliverables are prepared, reviewed, finalized, and submitted on schedule in support of large-scale government programs. As a Program Analyst you will work closely with other Stakeholder Subject Matter Experts to aggregate and format various technical and non-technical information into deliverable documents in accordance with contractual requirements. This is a hybrid position and requires onsite work in King George, VA. 

 

Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field or applicable work experience 

- Secret security clearance 

- Five years of experience as a Program Analyst, preferably in the government sector 

- Ability to analyze programs, procedures, and systems and identify opportunities for improvement 

- Ability to assess and advise the Program Manager on potential issues related to cost, schedules, and performance 

 

Desired Certifications: 

- Program Management Professional 

- Certified Associate Program Management 

 

Responsibilities: 

Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholder subject matter experts to collect contractually required information 

Aggregate, format, and review information and create ready to submit documentation for higher level review and approval for submission  

Analyze programs, procedures, and processes and identify opportunities for improvement to the Program Manager  

Assist the Program Manager in matters related to staffing 

 

As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role assisting the Program Manager in submitting contractually required documentation and completing activities related to staffing. Your work will play a crucial role in the success of large-scale government programs. You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, interacting with various stakeholders.
