Position Overview
The Level I Program Analyst is responsible for managing, consulting, and supporting our internal client base on any Go-To-Market technologies, specifically Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. This position's primary focus is to provide real-time support to the sales organization, acting as the front-line defense for Internal Support Tickets (ISTs) and escalations, when necessary. Additionally, position will support project work, system testing, and do simplistic configurations, imports, license administration, and data setups in our applications. The Program Analyst must be able to work independently as well as with cross-functional team members. This individual will collaborate with other team members to facilitate solutions that meet business requirements. The Program Analyst will also maintain excellent communication with all levels of employees within the organization to ensure smooth operation of the tools.

Provide real-time support (how to, troubleshooting) to account executives and sales leaders that enable them to manage their territories, opportunities, accounts, and produce timely quotes. Ensure each inquiry is timely and thoroughly reviewed, and appropriate communication is provided to submitter re: issue and ETA. Diagnose new systemic issues and coordinate/monitor the bug fix with development teams. Ensure key stakeholders are engaged/aware of ongoing bugs. Identify opportunities for systemic enhancements and work with manager and development team to ensure enhancement requests are prioritized appropriately. This includes staying current on new features and functionality, gaining user feedback, and analyzing IST volumes/root causes. Design and implement “how to” content that will be leveraged by Account Executives to answer common questions, reducing user errors, and improve quote efficiency. Support UAT and QA testing in sandbox environments. Manage users licenses for GTM applications including Permissioning new users. Ability to communicate independently with stakeholders and development teams on system issues, new initiatives, and program updates. Proficient with Salesforce.com, including standard sales cloud objects, CPQ, and Quote Configuration. 2-3 years of Salesforce/CPQ implementation or relevant sales support experience. Bachelor degree and/or equivalent experience is preferred. Knowledge of industry leading GTM technologies deployed in operations and their abilities to enhance organizational strategies. This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $51,000 - $72,900 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
