PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST on workforce development programs in the NAVAL FACILITIES INSTITUTE (NFI). Responsibilities You will serve as an analyst and advisor. You will assist in the development of workforce development program plans, monitor and report execution status, and develop strategies to overcome execution challenges and identify areas of process/program improvement. You will serve as the command liaison in the coordination of workforce development programs that are centrally managed by NFI. You will assist with the preparation, review, analysis, and evaluation of data. You will establish transactions and process actions. You will use databases to track reporting requirements. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating program management skills including interpersonal, excel or project management (intermediate or higher level), problem solving, risk management, influencing and negotiating; 2) Analyzing, evaluating data, identifying areas for process/program improvements, and presenting results; 3) Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve program/project performance issues, clarify expectations, and ensure compliance; 4) Collaborating team tasks and activities to ensure completion of workforce development trainings and developmental programs; and 5) Initiating, planning, developing, coordinating, and recommend training and developmental opportunities in multiple areas of workforce development..
