About the Position: Responsible for coordinating the implementation of Organic Industrial Base (OIB) business processes related to automated systems, ensuring critical actions are integrated and executed, and developing OIB evaluation tools such as automated reports and graphic displays. Responsibilities Performs operational analyses of complex programs and major problems associated with automated Organic Industrial Base maintenance and manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Analyze complex business processes through the use of fact-finding, interviews and research, including consulting with system contractors and OIB site personnel at all levels. Performs comprehensive evaluation and assessment of high-level logistics concepts, programs and directives pertaining to TACOM and Command-level missions and identifies required changes and modifications of functional business processes. Develops and presents briefings to AMC, TACOM, ILSC executives, OIB site commanders and personnel and various levels of working groups. Uses basic programming skills to automate regular and ad hoc reports. Performs internal evaluations to determine the organization's level of compliance with agency directives and guidelines. Researches and resolves complex ERP application and operational programs problems working with end users, command analysts and manufacturers/vendors, as required. Specialized Experience: Your resume must reflect one year of specialized experience to include: (1) Analyzing findings from studies to make recommendations on business processes; (2) Utilizing systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ER) and Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) to resolve systematic problems; (3) Developing reports and visual displays for monitoring compliance; and (4) Applying written and oral communication to provide technical guidance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Information Management Information Technology Performance Assessment Planning and Evaluating Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
