In this role, the candidate will split their time between the ARMA office and the Customer site on MacDill AFB.

Requirements

TS/SCI ClearanceMinimum 1-3 years in a project-based PMO support roleDemonstrated relevant experience supporting administrative, contractual, financial and organizational needs of multiple PMO staffExcellent Microsoft Excel SkillsExcellent attention to detail and proofreading skillExcellent oral and verbal communication skills with ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgencyHighly motivated, dynamic individual, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasksFamiliarity with Cost Plus Contracts, Labor Category Management, Tracking Travel and other ODC Contract expenses a plus

Responsibilities

The Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst will provide direct support to Program Managers and Project Managers to facilitate all administrative requirements in the execution of client contract/management throughout their lifecycles

Manage and Track Invoices and Financial Supporting DocumentationWork with finance to prepare back up documentationSubmit invoices to COR via classified networkReview invoices with COR, answers RFI, and coordinates updatesTrack invoice status and reports to GDITReconcile COR’s ODC tracker with GDIT trackingEAC support as needed (reconcile Subk inputs, etc.)Support RFIs, RFPs, and Pricing requestsReview subcontractor and vendor invoices and back-up documentation for accuracy and completeness, and liaise with subcontractors and vendors as directed by project managers to resolve issuesAssist employees with expense report entry and submittalManage Teams Sites for multiple ProgramsAssist with population and maintenance of program/project management information system dataTrack deliverables and deadlines for multiple concurrent projects, maintaining version controlAssist in drafting project proposals, responses to RFIs, and obtaining vendor/subcontractor pricingAssist in project capture and business development efforts, including formatting and assembly of past performance documentation, staff resumes and other document componentsAssist Program Manager and project managers in responding to internal requests for information from other staff/departmentsMust be physically able to walk or traverse one – two miles per day
