The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.
SPA's Strategic Division's Strategic Development Group (SDG) supports critical U.S. government programs by providing expertise in systems engineering, acquisition programmatic support, financial management, and program execution to drive mission success.
SPA has an immediate need for a n Executive Support Administrator to work at the Washington Navy Yard. Core hours for this position are 8 AM - 4 PM with flexibility required as needed for client meetings and other needs.

ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will serve as an Executive Support Administrator, supporting the Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) in executing the new Nuclear, Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program. This role involves developing and advising on program policies, procedures, and directives, while working directly with the Chief of Staff to establish goals and oversee their execution. The analyst will foster teamwork and cohesion across the program, promoting collaboration among stakeholders and building a unified approach to achieving objectives. Responsibilities include training and mentoring other executive analysts and managing other collateral duties, such as providing Defense Travel System (DTS) travel support to create and execute travel orders for the government team, supporting hiring processes, and handling additional administrative functions. The Program Analyst will also coordinate the preparation of programmatic artifacts, including policy documents, white papers, presentations, and reports, while analyzing data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership and ensuring effective execution of program directives.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Active DoD Security clearance (SECRET or TOP SECRET).Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or a relevant technical discipline).8+ years proven experience in administrative or program management support roles, ideally within a military or government environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and present complex ideas clearly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with scheduling and data management tools.
