We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Analyst to join our team to provide the United States Marine Corps advanced Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) capabilities! The Program Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing various programs within the organization. This role involves collecting and interpreting data, developing reports, and providing actionable insights to improve program efficiency and effectiveness. The Program Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programs align with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Must reside within 50 miles of the Fredericksburg Va office location. The work schedule will be a hybrid of in office and remote. Some work will be conducted at Summit Point, WV and Dahlgren , Va. There may be occasional CONUS travel to support project work. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct thorough analysis of program performance using quantitative and qualitative data. + Develop and maintain program evaluation frameworks and performance metrics. + Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. + Collaborate with program managers and other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. + Monitor program budgets and expenditures to ensure financial efficiency. + Assist in the design and implementation of new programs and initiatives. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform program development. + Support the development of grant proposals and funding applications as needed. + Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field. + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program analysis, evaluation, or a related role. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. + Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Experience with project management methodologies is a plus. + Ability to maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
