The Program Analyst provides data analysis, program evaluation, and operational support to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of foster care services. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and reporting data, evaluating program performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in process improvement initiatives. This position plays a key role in driving program success by offering insights that inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
What you Deliver
Collect, maintain, and analyze program data, including client demographics, service delivery metrics, and outcome measures. Identify trends, patterns, and insights through data analysis to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other program metrics.
Conduct regular assessments of program performance, including client satisfaction and program impact.
Analyze the effectiveness of services provided to foster children and families, making recommendations for improvement.
Evaluate program compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Prepare and submit detailed reports for internal stakeholders, funders, and regulatory agencies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of program activities, ensuring that all records meet legal and compliance standards.
Collaborate with program leadership to create performance reports, grant reports, and other required documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support the foster care team in managing daily operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and task prioritization. Monitor budget and resource allocation to ensure that financial resources are effectively utilized.Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, including child welfare laws, licensing standards, and foster care guidelines. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges or non-compliance issues and develop action plans for mitigation.
Collaborate with internal teams, foster care providers, external partners, and government agencies to ensure program alignment with best practices and regulations. Act as a liaison between the foster care program and other departments to ensure seamless communication and information sharing.
