The Opportunity:  

As a Program Analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Program Analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client's strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft tools and regular interactions with SMEs, Technical Directors, Engineers, and Contracting Officers.

You Have: 

8+ years of experience working in a professional environmentExperience serving as an advisor to upper-level managementExperience with Agile methodologiesExperience assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directivesExperience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programsAbility to conduct quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs to provide management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plansTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degreeCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), AgilePM Foundation, or SAFe Agilist Certification

Experience editing and writing technical articles, publications, or presentationsExperience with telecommunications project managementExperience creating project management plansKnowledge of project financialsKnowledge of the DoD acquisition processAbility to write technical specifications, reports, brochures, or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference, or publicationAbility to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiencesProject Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
