Assist Vendor/Suppliers with the establishment and maintenance of vendors/suppliers contracts and catalogs hosted by FEDMALL. Researches and analyzes problems within internal and external offices associated with FEDMALL. Participates in developing recommended policy and procedures; coordinates replies and findings made by agencies in the inspection of operations. Performs extensive coordination with logistics and systems experts in order to define issues and problems in areas where useful precedence does not exist. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for a Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documents must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-11 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Provides advice with regard to achieving optimum effective utilization of standardized data processing systems and programs. Recommends additional areas of utilization of automated equipment, systems and methods to facilitate planning control, decision making and increased effectiveness of operation. Participates in the accomplishment of projects in the systems area that involve problem analysis, developing draft solutions/recommendations and improving the program as it relates to life cycle management of data systems.
