H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Program Analyst to join our new project supporting the White Sands Missile Range in White Sands, NM. This position will directly support the Program Management and Deputy Program Manager to review, develop, and track all contract reporting requirements and will coordinate with SharePoint Developers to implement creative reporting visualizations to represent contract processes, requirements, and metrics. This work will be performed 100% on-client.  

The Program Analyst responsibilities will include:

Collaborating closely with the Technology, Training, Process Design and Service Management workstreams to provide assistance with and tracking of client deliverables, logistical support to meetings and events, and reporting and data analytics. Provide direct client support with creation and editing of briefing products, and meeting and event support.

 

Required Qualifications:

Secret Clearance required. 2-3 years of relevant experience in program management. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel and SharePoint. Must be able to communicate effectively and be comfortable working both individually and in team environments. Ability to work well at the Consultant level with limited supervision. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work on tight timelines. Familiarity with military environments and organizations.
