Program Analyst

**Overview**
Program Analyst
Bowhead is seeking a Program Analyst to support PEO C3N contract at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Aberdeen, Maryland. The Program Analyst will assist with preparing routine reports, performing statistical analysis, and creating and delivering presentations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and maintain PEO C3N project task tracking using A365 tools to include Planner, SharePoint, Power Automate
+ Work with project leads to develop all tasks within the database
+ Monitor progress and conduct follow up with each POC to ensure that tasks are completed on time
+ Organize, collect, track, analyze and present the task status
+ Coordinate budget analyses for monthly execution of multiple project appropriations
+ Procurement and RDT&E, P&R forms, and Weapons System Review products for assigned programs
+ Develop strategic-level metrics and presentation packages.
+ Provide analytical expertise and recommendations for business processes
+ Provide periodic reviews and status updates to the PEO leadership during Commander’s Update Briefings and other forums
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree and five year’s of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience and certifications
+ Knowledge of C5ISR community preferred
+ Budget and Accounting Experience preferred
+ Experience supporting a DoD or Army program preferred
+ Able to multitask and successfully be effective on simultaneous projects at various stages of completion
+ Experience working with spreadsheets and various reports and database systems
+ Good interpersonal, writing, and verbal skills
+ Experience with A365 tools to include Planner, SharePoint, Power Automate preferred
+ Experience in monitoring and implementing spend plans preferred
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must have an active security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Secret clearance at this location.
