Summary About the Position: Serve as a Program Analyst for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, Business Management Division in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities Serve as the Business Planning and Integration Specialist, Business Management Division for the Great Lakes and Rivers Division (LRD). Develop and leads division-wide efforts to improve the execution of civil works, military programs and business operations. Responsible for leading strategic planning to develop strategies that improve performance and address complex challenges. Develop, improve and lead regional organization planning and management processes. Coordinate extensively with all functional leaders at the Districts, Division, and HQUSACE. Provide assessments and recommendations to address complex organizational issues to regional commanders and civilian leaders. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes developing and improving the execution of civil works, military programs, and business operations; organizational planning and development including analyzing workload to workforce issues; participating in initiatives to improve project management business processes and systems; and ensure effective use of automated information systems in organizational planning processes.
