CACI is seeking a Program Analyst to support a growing Navy program. A successful candidate will be a fast learner, eager to develop leadership skills, and comfortable with coaching and mentoring new team members.
The successful candidate will display strong technical expertise, with a proven background in providing operational support for both the management and teams aspects. They should be adept at managing multiple priorities while delivering technical support across Program requirements in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, experience collaborating with various team members within the Cyber and Risk Management Framework.
**What you'll get to do:**
+ Interacts with the Government am Program Mangers regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts
+ Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables
+ Work with a team of development and support engineers to support their successful achievement of their daily, iteration, release goals, and delivery objectives
+ Facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc.
+ Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive, enabling close cooperation across all roles and functions, while removing barriers
+ Responsible for the development, tracking and submittal of all program CDRLs
**You’ll Bring These Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree AND 3 + years of work experience
+ US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance
+ Proven experience supporting US Department of Defense Programs including the Navy.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills including organizational, team building, people management, issue resolution, and customer relationship management
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization with both internal and external customers
+ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Demonstrated ability to systematically gather relevant information from different sources to address an issue and make a prompt and insightful decisions
+ Certified Scrum Master
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400 - 143,700 USD
