Program Analyst for Directed Energy - TS/SCI Clearance

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is looking for a Program Analyst for Directed Energy with a TS/SCI and with demonstrated experience in cutting edge technology, engineering, analysis of alternatives, capability management and demonstration (including technology transfer), technical demonstrations and evaluations, and requirements analysis to work on-site at the Pentagon. This position is supporting OUSD (R&E).

A week in the life of a Program Analyst for Directed Energy:

Assist, prepare and conduct meetings for Directed Energy Principal Directors Office. Review requirements for the application of current and emerging Directed Energy technologies as they apply across the DoD. Coordinate activity support for development of Directed Energy roadmaps, coordinate roadmaps with key stakeholders. Assist and prepare presentations and reports to DoD leadership and outside DoD. Analyze the Directed Energy budget. Provide programmatic expertise to the Government on Directed Energy topics. Make recommendations to the development of Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) pertinent to mission needs and technical capabilities. Document OUSD R&E Principal Director for Directed Energy participation in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and at Government-approved conferences and forums in addition to specific USD R&E projects.
