ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Acquire, input, update, and manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and financial estimates, funding, and expenditure information relevant to AA&E logistics labor and material support of T&E projects.Support employee daily input to the Tracker timekeeping system.Generate the weekly Contractor Input Management System (CIMS) data for AA&E Logistics Team labor charges.Ensure labor, material, and hauling charges are correct and communicate with the government customer, contract project Test Coordinators, and Account Managers regarding funding depletion; monitor and report on performance against plan to ensure cost objectives are not exceeded.Support budget planning and execution reviews, including the creation of associated briefing material.Track and process ammo requirements, transportation, shipping, receiving, inventory, and demilitarization documents.Generate metrics in support of the AA&E initiatives.

 

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:

 

BA/BS Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university. Alternatively, two (2) years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area or two (2) years of military training, or a combination thereof, in the specialty area may be substituted for the education requirements.

 

Preferred Education and Experience:

 

Prior military experience coupled with an understanding of RDT&E.Ability to brief senior leaders.Efficiency with Microsoft Office 365 software suite and have an understanding of operational finances.Should have knowledge of governing policies, regulations, rules, and procedures including, but not limited to: DoD FMR 7000.14, Department of Defense Financial Management Policy and Procedures, Army Regulation (AR) 190-11, Physical Security of AA&E; Army Regulation (AR) 735-5, Property Accountability Policies; Department of Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 385-64, Ammunition and Explosives Safety Standards; Department of Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 700-16, The Army Ammunition Management System; and Department of Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 710-2-1, Using Unit Supply System and rigorously adhere to them in executing daily AA&E operations.

WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:


DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.  U.S. Citizenship is required.

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

 
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
