The Program and Sales Quota Administrator manages customer pricing programs and calculation of sales quotas and sales credit. This role is responsible for ensuring customer programs are documented accurately for internal and external parties and that our sales representatives receive proper sales credit. The Program and Sales Quota Administrator manages sales territory assignments and changes, adjustments to sales history and quotas and sales representative map, and oversees customer account setup and changes as needed. This role is responsible for handling various sales reports for the sales team and upper management on a routine basis.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Interpret and maintain USA Foodservice customer pricing programs and rebate programs in a program summary file for customer service and accounting teams to utilize. Understanding of customer rebate programs, coding customer accounts for rebate and reporting at year end to sales team and customers on rebate status. Maintain Buying group member lists and ensure customer accounts are coded accordingly and have an understanding of Buying Group programs and impact on customers pricing and rebates. Manages calculation of yearly sales quotas for all sales teams and quarterly sales status reports to each salesperson. Administrates and calculates sales data and sales history transfers for sales credit and reporting purposes. Understand sales credit assignment, pricing program, and rebate structures and the impact on sales credit. Responsible for preparing sales data reports as requested and multiple reports on a routine basis for sales team and company leadership. Administratively manages sales territory assignments, administrates sales territory changes, and coordinates a sales territory map.Understand and work with customer service team on customer account set-up and the effect on reporting. Review and submit customer account maintenance forms for new account set-up and account changes. Manages completion of GSA (General Services Admin) letters for customers as needed. Qualifications High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.One or more years of related experience required.Knowledgeable on Advanced Pricing in JDE system. Effective communication with all internal and external parties and sales team. Ability to work as part of a pricing/program team. Must be able to work with highly confidential information. Excel proficiency is a required skill and Access data base experience is beneficial.Detail oriented with high level of accuracy important and ability to multi-task.Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.Positive attitude and handles change well.Time management and self-motivated to work independently to meet all deadlines.The hours for this position are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
