Program Assistant – Hyper-Scale Data Centers/ Electrical Services (Remote)

Enterprise Electrical Data Center Program and the designated account(s). They must ensure that Enterprise Electrical is an indispensable, trusted partner to the client, delivering on the contractual scope of services, and maintaining an elevated level of customer satisfaction across the program. These programs focus on the implementation and startup of low/medium power distribution systems at our Hyperscale customers. Activities include planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned projects while ensuring customer satisfaction during and through to final completion.   

  
As a Program Assistant, you will: 

Act as a liaison between Program Executive and various internal and external stakeholders.  Assist in handling special projects and ad-hoc assignments when required.  Provide general administrative support to the Sr. Program Executive including monitoring all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files.  Arrange management meeting and summarize key discussion points in minutes of meeting including follow up outstanding tasks to ensure proper execution.  Require technical writing experience. Prepare, edit correspondence, communications, presentations reports, and statistical charts for internal and external audiences.  Maintain the highest level of confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma  Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, and Outlook  Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills in English  Travel: 10%  Demonstrated strategic Thinking and complex problem-solving skills  Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations  Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship 

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

Associates degree or similar certifications  3+ years of previous professional administrative support  Proven problem-solving skills  Flexibility, adaptability, and multitasking skills

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
