Job Description:
This position is responsible to manage and maintain the university’s substantive change record in accordance with institutional accreditation standards, including notifications and approvals along with supporting documentation for submission to the university’s institutional accreditor. Manage the execution of the university’s substantive change policy to ensure compliance with the institutional accreditor. As well as create and revise substantive change policies and workflows as necessary to ensure compliance when new policies are created by the institutional accreditor, as well as review current institutional policies for efficiency and compliance.
This position supports the accreditation process and develops an understanding of deliverable and system specifications; create project roadmaps and establish, manage, and update project timelines as needed. The incumbent will track individual contributor progress with follow-up as needed. They will meet weekly with core contributors and leaders to address questions, concerns, roadblocks, and timeline progress. As well as review narratives for completeness and consistency in both content and formatting style. The incumbent will collect, catalog, edit, and format supporting evidence and oversee document control, including versioning, across multiple deliverables, each with substantial narrative requirements and thousands of pages of supporting documentation that require extensive indexing, hyperlinking, and bookmarking. Review collected evidence to ensure it is up-to-date, consistent across multiple deliverables, and formatted appropriately. They will identify solutions to meet extensive supporting documentation requirements and input final deliverables in accreditation submissions. Archive project artifacts for subsequent reflection and to inform future planning and reporting.
The successful candidate will provide recommendations and facilitate the analysis of transition to a new institutional accreditor, including creating timelines for deliverables and determining priorities of deliverables. Develop and maintain an ongoing library of key data and documentation as evidence of compliance.
Coordinate with the Administrative Specialist III to maintain institutional accreditation websites and ensure catalogs and other institutional documents adhere to policies and procedures for public notification of accreditation membership and status. Draft, prepare, review, and/or edit self-studies for accreditation and compile and prepare reports in support of self-studies and other accreditation-related reports and requirements.
Assist in conducting periodic and ongoing reviews of institutional policies and practices in compliance with institutional and programmatic accreditation standards. Assist in coordination, planning, and execution of site visits.

Expected Salary:
$19.16 - $20.59 hourly; commensurate with education and experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
