We are currently hiring a Program Assistant, to work in our Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties Offices. As the Program Assistant, you would be responsible for: + Assist the Program Director in overseeing the Mentoring Program. + Provides assistance in recruitment, screening and training volunteers from the community. + Work with referral sources to identify appropriate youth for the program. + Assist in monitoring matches through regular contact with mentors, mentees and Parents/guardians + Assist in group activities for volunteers and youth. + Provide casework services to youth and families served by the program. + Maintain proper record keeping, statistical info, funding reports, and client related files. + Other duties as assigned. Program Assistant Minimum Salary: $20.00 / Hour Program Assistant Maximum Salary: $20.00 / Hour Program Assistant Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9AM to 5PM – Days are negotiable.
